The past year saw a dramatic recovery in the reach of our services. We have increased the number of clients dealt with by over 100% (1076 in 2022/23 to 2278 in 2023/24), giving much
needed advice to our local community. Our plan is to continue this growth into the next year with continued expansion of our Reaching Communities Outreach programme and our new Telephone Advise service.
