We are pleased to announce that we have commenced our ‘Community Connect’ Telephone Advice project. This has been made possible by our successful bid for funding from the ‘levelling up’ UK Shared Prosperity Scheme.
A part-time telephone adviser has been recruited to rebuild our phone advice in Thanet. The phone line is manned between the hours of 9.30am to 2.30pm, Monday to Thursday. Outside of these hours, calls are manned by National Citizens Advice – 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The telephone number to ring is 0808 278 7998, there is no charge for the caller.
